Skyline is a high-quality urban logistics estate, acquired and developed on behalf of Fiera Real Estate. The scheme was brought forward through planning, procurement and delivery before being successfully leased to create a diversified income-producing asset.

Acting in a development management capacity, the role spanned acquisition, planning, contractor procurement, delivery and leasing strategy. Particular focus was placed on creating a scheme that responded to occupier demand while maintaining alignment with investment objectives, programme requirements and long-term asset value.
