An affordable housing development demonstrating the importance of balancing delivery, funding and long-term operational requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

Coopers Court comprises a 66-home affordable housing scheme, acquired and brought forward on behalf of Fiera Real Estate before securing a forward-funding arrangement with Abri, one of the UK's leading housing associations.

Acting in a development management capacity, the role included acquisition, planning, design management, contractor procurement and delivery coordination. Particular focus was placed on maintaining alignment between development objectives, funding requirements and the long-term operational needs of the end owner and occupiers.

The project demonstrates how successful affordable housing delivery requires a clear understanding of stakeholder priorities, funding structures and development risk, ensuring that commercial, operational and social objectives remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of the project.
