A landmark office development demonstrating the importance of maintaining strategic oversight from acquisition through to delivery, leasing and exit.

Halo is a Grade A office development acquired on behalf of Fiera Real Estate and subsequently forward funded by Tesco Pension Fund. The scheme was delivered to market-leading sustainability standards, achieving BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and EPC A certification, and was pre-let to Osborne Clarke and Deloitte prior to completion.

Acting in a development management capacity, the role spanned the full development lifecycle, including acquisition, planning, procurement, delivery, leasing and disposal. Particular focus was placed on aligning development strategy with occupier requirements, sustainability objectives and long-term investment performance.

The project demonstrates how effective development management creates value at every stage of the lifecycle, ensuring that decisions relating to planning, procurement, delivery and leasing remain aligned with the ultimate investment outcome.
