Hop Store is a residential building at Finzels Reach undergoing external wall remediation to address fire safety requirements and achieve compliance with current regulations. The project is being delivered through the Cladding Safety Scheme within a live, occupied environment.

WeShape are appointed as Project Manager, Employer's Agent, Grant Certifying Officer and Resident Liaison, WeShape provides integrated oversight across delivery, stakeholder management and compliance. Our role includes coordinating project stakeholders, managing programme and risk, administering grant funding requirements, and maintaining clear communication with residents throughout the works.
