WeShape Appointed on Hop Store Remediation Project
WeShape is pleased to announce its appointment on the Hop Store remediation project.
The project involves the remediation of the building's external wall system to address fire safety requirements and achieve compliance with current regulations. Delivered through the Cladding Safety Scheme, the works are being undertaken within a live, occupied residential building.
WeShape has been appointed to provide Project Management, Employer's Agent, Grant Certifying Officer and Resident Liaison services, delivering integrated oversight across the project lifecycle.
The appointment reflects WeShape's focus on complex projects where governance, stakeholder management and delivery certainty are critical to successful outcomes. In addition to coordinating the delivery team, WeShape will oversee programme, risk, funding compliance and resident engagement throughout the works.
Commenting on the appointment, William Tomlinson, Co-Founder and Managing Director of WeShape, said:
"Remediation projects require far more than technical delivery. Success depends on effective coordination, clear communication and maintaining confidence amongst all stakeholders throughout the process. We are delighted to be supporting the Hop Store project and look forward to working closely with residents, consultants and the wider project team."
The project demonstrates the importance of structured governance and proactive stakeholder engagement when delivering complex remediation works in occupied buildings. These principles sit at the heart of WeShape's approach to project delivery.
We look forward to supporting the successful delivery of the scheme and sharing further updates as the project progresses.
